Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in Cambridge. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for liaising with clients, conducting property viewings, promoting sales and lettings, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Sales, and Estate Agency practices
* Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
* Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in property sales or lettings is an advantage
* Knowledge of the local Cambridge property market is beneficial
* Valid driver's license is essential for property visits
