Job Description
Working closely with the Finance and Operational leaders to
mitigate against any risk, standardise pricing approaches and ensure accurate and timely response and reporting.
The role will also lead on specific projects which cross operational, finance and people activities, including data cleansing of account assets and accuracy of operational input to financial systems such as COUPA, in line with One ISS strategy and other account specific compliance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on all Change Programmes from issue of CCN to delivery of requirements
2. Invoke CCN Implementation processes and hold and drive all meetings to delivery stage
3. Communicate and Manage Embargoed Closure Notifications with ISS Ops Teams
4. Produce cost of change calculations and complete business cases to meet people change requirements
5. Create custom Townhall packs for Operations and CWU Union Communication purposes
6. Manage all change programmes with Ops Team and P&C as appropriate
7. Collaborate and work closely with the CBRE Mothballs & Disposals Team as well as the Contract Support team in relation to CCN activity alongside ISS Finance team
8. Work closely with all stakeholders to mitigate against any risk
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to influence and negotiate with internal colleagues and stakeholders
11. Work collaboratively with others within the function and wider business
12. Experience of ISS pricing, analysis and reporting systems
13. Previous experience of cleaning and security contract sites, soft services or similar at cluster or area level
