You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement — with plenty of scope to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Doing * Leading process optimisation across tooling, equipment, and product development * Supporting day-to-day technical issues and guiding the technician team * Delivering training and mentoring to upskill others * Investigating faults and implementing corrective actions * Scoping and sourcing new equipment through the CAPEX process * Collaborating with production, development, maintenance, and H&S teams * Supporting NPI and risk assessments * Promoting company values and best practices across the site What We’re Looking For * Strong background in injection moulding and process optimisation * Experience with scientific moulding techniques (e.g., DOE, gate freeze studies) * Skilled in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.) * Good understanding of automation systems, hot runners, and temperature control * Clear communicator with a structured, proactive approach If you’re ready to take the next step in your engineering career, we’d love to hear from you!
