We are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker for a hybrid role working across two premium estate agency branches in Sale & Didsbury.

This role requires a strong in-branch presence (3–4 days initially) to build rapport and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Role Overview

* Two high-performing branches

* HNW client base

* 20–25 appointments per month

* 8–10 mortgage sign-ups

* Average case size £2,500

* Strong pipeline and admin support
