The successful candidate will write individual learning plans based on thorough assessment and outcomes included in the individual Education, Health and Care Plans of students and under the guidance of a SEND Tutor you will plan and deliver lessons and assess and report on student’s progress.This role will be a permanent, part role working 37.5 hours per week, 08.30-16.30, Monday- Friday, for 39 weeks per year (term time). The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they are all treated as such.
