Vehicle Technician Required, in Llandow We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their reputable franchise-approved Repair Centre in Llandow. The Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards. Benefits include: Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Monthly performance-related bonus averaging £400 (£4,800 annually) Additional pay for overtime at time and a half 22 days annual holiday entitlement, increasing to 23, 24, and 25 days after 1, 3, and 5 years of service respectively, plus bank holidays Full manufacturer-accredited training and professional development Contributory workplace pension scheme Excellent career progression opportunities within a long-standing family-run Dealership Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pmDuties of the Vehicle Technician include: Conducting fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and performance through precise diagnostics Following manufacturer and company procedures to complete work to high standards Recording vehicle conditions and reporting issues to the Service Manager Maintaining a tidy and organised workshop environment Adhering to health and safety regulations and quality procedures Assisting with vehicle road testing and completing relevant documentation Staying up-to-date with manufacturer training and technical updatesRequirements for the Vehicle Technician position: Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Ideally 1-2 years post-qualification experience in a busy Dealership environment Valid UK driving licence with minimal endorsements Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work effectively within a team and meet set productivity targets MOT Smart Card is advantageous but not essential Experience in vehicle electronics, diagnosis, or light commercial vehicles is desirableIf you are an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding role with a respected employer, this is your chance to progress your career.
