Are you a skilled fabricator or welder looking to join a growing, friendly and ambitious automation business? This role will see you working on bespoke components and metal assemblies supporting high-end factory automation systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Operate & manage brake press machinery
• Perform MIG & TIG welding to high standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Contribute to continuous improvements and suggest better processes
• Log work accurately and complete essential production admin
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
đź› Your Profile:
âś… Solid experience in fabrication shop environments
âś… Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
âś… Brake press operation experience
âś… Excellent Production Management and Team leadership skills.
âś… Great attitude, willingness to learn and upskill (CNC/laser experience is a plus)
âś… Strong team player, but also capable of working independently
✅ Positive mindset – flexible, reliable, problem-solving mentality
âś… Fluent in English
âś… Must be eligible to work in the UK
