Job Title: Property & Services Administrator
Salary: £23,300-£27,650 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2 days from home after initial training period)
Contract: Full time, permanent (35 hours per week)

About the role
As a Property & Services Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our facilities operations—managing helpdesk requests, coordinating contractors, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring our spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming. From procurement and document management to event coordination and compliance, your role will be varied, impactful, and essential to our success.
Please note: During your first 12 weeks, you'll be based on-site full-time to complete your training and get to know the team. Once we are satisfied your training is complete, you'll enjoy a hybrid working pattern with two days a week from home.
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with experience managing accommodation bookings, property maintenance, and administrative processes across multiple sites. You bring a strong background in administrative roles, particularly those involving sales order processing and helpdesk systems, and you're confident managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of service.
You're comfortable using platforms such as Zendesk, AppSpace, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), or are keen to learn them as part of your development.
You'll also be someone who:

* Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
* Is proactive in solving problems and improving processes
* Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
