Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer service to manage all requests and issues, as well as involvement in dispatch.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately inputting information into the service management system.
* Raising customer quotes and obtaining purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
* Monitoring job progress to meet service level agreements.
* Providing phone support to engineers in the field.
* Working towards department KPIs and company goals.
* Complying with the company's business procedures (ISO).
* Logging information into external customer portals as required.
* Managing mailboxes effectively.
* Scheduling and allocating engineer’s work efficiently, ensuring proper skill level usage and compliance with H&S policies.
* Arranging travel and hotel accommodations, maintaining cost-effective practices.
* Raising job numbers for service installs and future work, updating the company's database.
* Keeping spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
* Communicating with engineers about upcoming work schedules.
* Providing feedback to the team leader to ensure effective scheduling.
