Responsibilities
As a Waxing Specialist at Bold Waxing, your duties will include:
1. Providing Professional Waxing Services:
2. Perform a variety of waxing services, including full body, facial, and specialty treatments, with precision and care.
3. Ensuring Client Comfort:
4. Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients, addressing their questions and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
5. Maintaining Hygiene Standards:
6. Follow strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards in the salon.
7. Building Client Relationships:
8. Establish trust and rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal customer base.
9. Recommend appropriate aftercare products or additional services to meet clients' needs and enhance their results.
10. Team Collaboration:
11. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain a positive and efficient salon atmosphere.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Beauty therapist/ waxing therapist is essential. training will be provided also.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually learn and improve skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
