Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable logistics business, to recruit a Freight Administrator, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is the ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role
* Responsible for scheduling and coordinating shipments for import and exports.
* Providing high level customer service and updating of tracking systems.
* Administrative tasks including invoicing and reports.
* Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding shipments.
The Right Person
* A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/transport.
* Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
* IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
* A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Package & Working Hours
Salary up to £25,000 with a 35‑hour working week. This role offers the rare opportunity to work within a thriving industry, with a great team. This role is based in office on site in Belfast.
