Job Title: Permanent Secondary Teaching Assistant Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire Phase: Key Stage 3 and 4 Start date: ASAP or April 2026 Salary: £20,045 Annually (actual) based on £25,625.
Term time only, 35 hours per week Key Responsibilities as a TA Work alongside the class teacher to support teaching and learning for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils, both in whole-class sessions and small groups or one-to-one as required.
Assist with preparing classroom materials, resources and learning areas, and support classroom management to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour; provide feedback to teachers and support pupil social and emotional development We are looking for some who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
With the ability to build strong, positive relationships with children Demonstrates patience.
