Due to continued growth, Pilgrim Foodservice Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Site Services Co-Ordinator to join the team. With your good understanding of Site, building and equipment maintenance, you will help co-ordinate maintenance activities both planned and reactive across the Site Services team, whilst utilizing contractors when required for servicing and breakdowns and ensuring conformance against health and safety at all time. You will have a calm and positive approach to work and can easily incorporate Pilgrim Foodservice’s core values of Trust, Respect, Innovation and Integrity.
Responsibilities will include:
* Contractor Management
* Scheduling of all maintenance activities onsite for contractors or internal teams to attend
* Ordering of equipment, materials and consumables for operational activities whilst monitoring spend
* Assisting in the control of general waste, recycling and food waste whilst adhering to environmental legislation
* Utility management including monitoring site energy & water usage and Heating & ventilation whilst complying with carbon reduction plans and energy saving schemes
* Administrative support to all aspects of Health & Safety, Audits and Inspections
* All administrative duties relating to risk assessment (General, Fire, COSHH DSEAR)
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of working in a similar Site Services or Maintenance Co-ordinator role
* Good IT and organisational skills
* Knowledge of maintenance activities
* Ability to deal with external parties whilst ensuring all documentation and computer systems are kept up to date
