Talbots is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a dynamic and personable Trusts and Estates Solicitor to our team. If you’re a qualified Solicitor with at least one year of post‑qualification experience, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this role, you’ll handle a broad and rewarding mix of wills, trusts, and estate matters for our private clients, delivering high‑quality advice with confidence and care. What does the job involve?
* To grow and manage a broad caseload advising clients on a full range of associated matters across the Trusts and Estates portfolio.
* Drafting and reviewing documents and advising on a range of matters to include wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, Deeds of Variation and trust related work.
* Support colleagues within the department, liaising with new and existing clients, working efficiently, collaboratively and professionally.
What do you need?
* To be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years post qualified working experience within a Trusts & Estates Department.
* Passionate about providing outstanding client care and service.
* Accurate and articulate in written and spoken communication with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
