Composite LaminatorLocation: Bordon, HampshireHours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available)Rate: Up to £22.00 per hourStatus: Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a busy and growing composites team working on a range of exciting projects within motorsport, aerospace, and high-performance industries. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge materials and processes, with excellent earning potential through unlimited overtime.Key Responsibilities
* Laminating high-quality carbon fibre and composite components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
* Preparing moulds, materials, and tooling for production.
* Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave operations.
* Trimming, bonding, and finishing components to exact specifications.
* Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and deadlines.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Composite Laminator (ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries).
* Strong knowledge ofpre-preg laminating techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
* High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
* Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work overtime.
