We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our client's team on a temporary basis, supporting ongoing maintenance and installation work within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on industrial electrical systems
2. Working on machinery, control panels, motors, and power distribution
3. Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
4. Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety regulations
5. Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities
Required Skills & Experience
6. Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician
7. Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
8. ECS/CSCS card preferred
9. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Industrial or manufacturing site experience essential
Desirable
12. 18th Edition (BS 7671)
13. IPAF or other relevant site certifications
14. Experience with PLCs or automation systems
