MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading food manufacturing business on the search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop strategic relationships with major UK grocery retail customers, driving profitable and sustainable growth. Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes, building long-term collaborative partnerships with customers. Deliver commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions, range reviews and trading agreements. Identify opportunities to grow category share, distribution and promotional effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with category, marketing, NPD and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class customer execution. Analyse sales performance, market data and category insights to inform account strategy. Deliver against revenue, volume and margin targets across your account portfolio. What We're Looking For: Proven experience operating as a Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager within FMCG or food manufacturing. Established relationships with major UK grocery retailers (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Co-op etc.). Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable account growth. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into clear commercial actions. Must be based in Yorkshire or open to a Yorkshire-based role.
