We are seeking an experienced Land Director to lead our acquisition strategy.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing prime residential development opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the land team in sourcing and securing sites for residential development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities.
* Oversee feasibility studies, appraisals, and due diligence.
* Work closely with planning, technical, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in land acquisition within the UK housebuilding sector.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of planning policy and development processes.
