Role: Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Officer:
* Process and manage employee payroll accurately and in line with internal deadlines.
* Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and databases.
* Support daily administrative activities including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
* Assist with HR-related tasks such as on boarding documentation and absence tracking.
* Generate reports, prepare documentation, and support the management team as required.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage office supplies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
About you:
1. Proven experience in administration roles.
2. Demonstrable experience of processing payroll.
3. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll software.
4. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
