Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administrative Assistant role based in Hitchin. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the executive team. Daily tasks include speaking with insurers, coordinating Renewals, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
* Competence in Clerical Skills, including document management and organizational tasks
* Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
* Proficiency in office software and tools
* Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
* Previous experience in the insurance or corporate sector is an advantage
