Personal Assistant to Directors Location: Hybrid working
Salary: £25,000 £33,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (2027 hours per week, flexible)

About the Role Kindsight Recruitment is supporting the search for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to Directors for a growing, fast-moving business environment.
This is a varied and trusted role, combining executive-level PA support with hands-on involvement in managing a property portfolio. No two days are the same youll be the key point of support, helping ensure both professional and personal affairs run smoothly, efficiently, and discreetly.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-level personal and executive support to the Directors
Manage diaries, schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings
Oversee and coordinate elements of the Directors property portfolio
Liaise with agents, contractors, tenants, and service providers
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments
Manage property-related documentation, contracts, and compliance records
Handle ad hoc projects, research, and problem-solving tasks
Support with personal errands and household-related matters where required
Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
About You Youll be proactive, detail-focused, and confident working independently while supporting senior leaders.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 23 years experience as a PA to Directors or in a similar senior office-based role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable managing varied responsibilities
High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do approach
Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE level or equivalent)
Desirable:
Experience in property management or executive support
Relevant professional qualifications
