Job Description
3. Manage concurrent Customer projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
5. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
6. Oversee budget allocation and resource management for assigned projects.
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations across the supply chain.
8. Generate detailed reports on project outcomes and present them to stakeholders.
9. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
10. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with both internal and external customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
11. Proven experience managing projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
12. Customer focus with experience interfacing with customers managing expectations and timelines
13. A strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management (from inbound materials to final delivery).
14. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle complex projects.
15. Formal Project management training accreditation's (Prince2, PMQ) - including practical application
16. Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project/ MS Planner, Monday.com or similar)
17. Excellent Stakeholder management (Account managers, Finance, HR, Procurement & Supply chain, Manufacturing and Logistics and 3rd party logistics providers)
18. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
19. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
20. Experience working within a ISO9001/ 140001 accredited environment
