We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team in Leeds on a 6-month fixed-term contract (FTC). You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising our Salesforce platform — delivering innovative, secure, and efficient solutions that support business transformation.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will:
* Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
* Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions following governance and best practice standards
* Lead integrations with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware
* Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimisation across Salesforce environments
* Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
* Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, driving continuous improvement and scalability
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ Salesforce development experience with a proven record of delivering complex solutions
* Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and configuration best practices
* Experience with integrations, automation, and data management
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II (highly desirable)
* Experience with Git and Agile delivery environments
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
