Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Wellingborough.

The Role: Supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences Providing 1:1 and small group support where required Assisting with classroom management and pupil wellbeing* Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has previous experience working in a school setting Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's education* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
