As the Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside project managers, clients and delivery partners working on a range of projects from demolition to refurbishments to fit out. You'll need to be a people person, capable of getting the very best out of design team and construction partners, while managing the expectations of local authority clients.
* Oversee multiple projects at any one time
* Manage the client's expectation in relation to cost
* Be accountable for the overall success of the project
* Be a key person within our team
* Self-manage your own workload
* Degree Qualified
* RICS qualified preferred but not essential
* Commercial understanding of JCT contracts (most of our work is on this form)
* Understand risk
* Ability to get the best from everyone you engage with
* A genuinely nice person with a can-do attitude
