Delivery of a significant programme of work and managing and co-ordinatingsuccessful outcomes across teams, Ofgem and professions
* Develops, plans and delivers work outcomes, including clear and transparentwork objectives, milestones and success metrics.

* Through delegated authority decisions manage value at risk in relationsto assessment decisions for operations portfolios within a delegatedauthority framework.
* Drive rapid and consistent operational improvements to ensure thatdelivery provides a timely quality service in line customers' expectations,with the most effective use of our resources.
* Provide oversight for complex interpretation of the regulations andcomplex case reviews including representing Ofgem externally andinternally as required.
* Successfully influence and manage relationship with Funding Partners toagree KPIs and SLAs that have been tested with Scheme Users and offerrobust service levels at proportionate and efficient cost level.
* Generation and delivery of Operations and Delivery and Schemesstrategic plans and budgets in full, both in terms of the financial spendand the service deliverables.

This role has a minimum assignment duration of 3 years. An assignment duration is the period of time a Senior Civil Servant is expected to remain in the same post to enable them to deliver on the agreed key business outcomes.
