Pay: £138 to £208 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Reeson Education is seeking a nurturing and dedicated EYFS Teacher for a long-term role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the M11 area of Manchester. This full-time EYFS Teacher position is available immediately, on a short term basis.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will join a dedicated team that places children's wellbeing and early learning at the centre of everything they do. The setting provides a rich and stimulating environment, where children are encouraged to explore, question, and thrive through play-based and structured learning.
EYFS Teacher Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
2. Foster a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere as an EYFS Teacher
3. Support the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners
4. Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress as part of your role as EYFS Teacher
5. Work closely with support staff and parents to ensure each child's needs are met
6. Adapt teaching strategies to suit pupils with a range of abilities and backgrounds
7. Promote early phonics, number work, and fine/gross motor skill development
8. Create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment as an EYFS Teacher
9. Collaborate with colleagues to plan enriching continuous provision
10. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, routines, and learning as an EYFS Teacher
EYFS Teacher Requirements:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
12. Experience as an EYFS Teacher or in an early years setting
13. Passion for early childhood education and development
14. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred learning
15. Excellent communication and classroom management skills
16. Ability to create a positive and structured learning environment
17. Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
