Location: The Mumbles, Swansea
Salary: GBP25:27,000 Dependant on experience

Day:to:day you will:
* Source and profile candidates for specialist roles
* Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
* Build relationships with clients and support them with their recruitment needs
* Negotiate fees and manage the offer process (full training given)
* Work towards achievable targets with strong team support
What youll bring:
* Previous office:based sales or target:driven experience
* Confident and professional phone manner (this is a phone:based role)
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent organisational and time:management skills
* A proactive, results:focused approach
