To help administrate the Lancashire County Council energy contracts from payments to contract management.
Responsibilities
* Oversee contract and portfolio administration
* Provide assistance / cover for analysts if required
* Systems administrator for databases (including PAMS and Team Sigma)
* Point of initial escalation for queries
* Investigate anomalies discovered by analysts and concerns raised by clients / suppliers.
* Fully engage with sites which form part of the Council's energy supply contract to support them in all matters relating to their energy supply contracts
* Provide detailed both technical and non-technical reports for customers and management.
* Ensure all payment are completed as per contract requirements
