Are you available immediately or on a short notice period to start a rewarding HR Business Partner role, instrumental in the transformation of HR services in line with the people strategy with our prominent Charity Client? You will report to a Director of HR and have responsibility as an HR partner to a specific Client group, ensuring quality service through their people.
3 – 6 Months FTC - London City
This HR Business Partner role offers Hybrid Working 2-3 days in the office
HR Business Partner responsibilities include:
Partner with aligned client groups to deliver strategic and operational goals and support the delivery of the HR five-year strategy
Provide specialist advice and guidance to the HR team and to managers on all aspects of HR policy, practice and employee relations, discussing with, or referring matters to, the Director as required
Ensure high-quality delivery of HR services, which include dealing with employee relations issues such as capability, ill-health, grievances, and harassment/bullying
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and contribute to the development and implementation of any new or revisions to HR strategy as required
To advise and lead on aligned client groups on organisational change, including restructures, redeployment, TUPE activity and new service implementation.
Use data to assess the quality of delivery against targets and organisational process requirements (i.e. appraisal completion) for aligned client groups and inform the training needs of managers
To provide guidance and advice to new Managers, including an induction workshop
To support the delivery of the day-to-day recruitment services in line with the service level agreement
Lead on mediation meetings for dispute resolutions, managing conflict and sensitive issues to achieve positive outcomes
For this Business Partner role, you will ideally have CIPD Level 5 qualification and significant experience in Employee relations. Your confidence, excellent communications skills and highly organised nature will ensure success in this role.
