They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of high voltage infrastructure projects (11kV–132kV) and take the lead from design handover through to delivery, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget completion. Responsibilities and duties of the Senior Project Manager role Reporting to the Hiring Manager you will: * Lead delivery teams and specialist subcontractors across all project phases. * Oversee resource planning, procurement, and subcontractor performance. * Develop and manage budgets, target costs, and project schedules. * Prepare and present monthly progress updates to senior leadership. * Ensure compliance with company HSQE standards and promote a strong safety-first culture. * Manage site-based activities, including inspections and witnessing during commissioning. * Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical teams, and commercial leads. * Ensure employer requirements and key programme milestones are met. * Approve project scope and drive delivery performance across all areas. * Conduct and review RAMS, ensuring buildable, efficient solutions are in place. * Deliver high-quality customer service through effective stakeholder communication.
