Due to continued growth and expansion, our client, who is a highly regarded and forward-thinking estate agency, is seeking a Lettings Area Director to oversee operations across North London.

You will be responsible for leading, growing, and developing a high-performing team, playing a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting business growth, and will make a real impact.
The successful Lettings Area Director will be offered:
1. Basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000
2. £120,000 OTE
3. Guarantee period in place (£3,500)
4. Company car or car allowance
5. Fantastic market-leading bonus scheme in place
6. Uncapped commission structure in place
As a Lettings Area Director, your duties will be to:
7. Lead and support the branch team, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment and encouraging strong individual and collective performance.
8. Deliver excellent customer service, building trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community through clear and professional communication.
9. Develop and implement effective business plans, ensuring the branch meets its goals while managing high‑volume, time‑sensitive workloads efficiently.
10. Monitor local market activity, assessing competitor performance and using insights to inform branch strategy and decision‑making.
11. Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation, maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
12. Utilise strong operational and technical skills, including confident use of IT systems, a professional telephone manner, and a full UK manual driving licence to support day‑to‑day operations.
