What You’ll Be Doing * Engaging with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to generate new business. * Providing tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs – no one-size-fits-all here! * Managing policy quotations, new business, adjustments, renewals, and mid-term changes. * Developing product knowledge and gaining experience in areas such as underwriting and insurer liaison. * Working toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets. * Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
