We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Garden Centre Supervisor to join the team in our Brookside Garden Centre. The hours for this position are 42.5 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must. Our competitive rate for this role is £13.27 per hour. The Role As a Garden Centre Supervisor, you will use your retail expertise to ensure the smooth running of all indoor retail areas, making sure we have excellent shop standards and a knowledgeable and customer focused team. What you will be doing as a Garden Centre Supervisor? Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising across all retail areas. Supporting in duty management to ensure the safe and secure operation of the Centre. Coaching and developing you team of colleagues in all aspect of their role. Advising our customers on products for their needs, taking every opportunity to WOW. Checking/booking in stock and ordering. Till operation and serving customers.
