Position: Designate Memorial Consultant
Location: Across multiple locations within the West Midlands area
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,163.20 per annum + £20k max sales-based commission per annum (Eligible after successful completion of training)

As a Designate Memorial Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of that purpose: guiding families through some of their most important decisions and turning moments of loss into meaningful acts of remembrance at a time when they need you most.
This is a high‑performing sales role for someone unique, someone who has the capability and people skills to continually utilise deep compassion, empathy and high levels of emotional intelligence with the need to ensure we meet our ambitious sales targets, allowing us to reward you and invest in our future so we can help even more families.
You’ll already be someone who is self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a strong commitment to helping families and achieving results, exceeding ambitious annual targets, with the self‑drive & initiative to generate leads and appointments plus be able to present the full range of our premium products with true confidence because you understand that every family we serve deserves to be presented with the same full choice to honour their loved ones in the manner that they see fit.
As a Designate, you’ll have time to complete your induction and training while working across sites within approximately a 30‑mile radius of your designated base area. Over the 10‑12 week period, you’ll gain hands‑on experience before being allocated your own site and progressing to a Memorial Consultant (no longer a Designate).
What You’ll Do
* Generate and manage your own pipeline of appointments, leads, and follow‑ups.
* Meet with families face‑to‑face, understand their wishes, and guide them through their options with care and compassion.
* You’ll present our full range of memorial options, highlighting features, benefits, and the value of permanent remembrance.
* Meet and exceed your annual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service for each and every family.
* Be a key part of your site team, working closely with your colleagues, our suppliers, and operations teams to ensure a flawless delivery for every family.
* Be a vital & visible presence at open days, events, and in the community to showcase what we do so well and how we can do it for every family.

* Effective communication skills – you’ll be confident in presenting options and guiding decisions.
* Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable using systems to manage appointments and records.
