We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Infrastructure team in Leavesden.
What you'll do:
* Manage the financial element of the tendering process from receipt of documents to submission and understand fully the Infrastructure OWOW.
* Work with the bid team to arrive at the best net cost for a tender after consideration of commercial, financial, programming, risk, and resources.
* Assist / manage the tender process.
* Assist with improvement to the departmental processes and functions
* Mentor Junior members of the team and line manage where necessary.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Knowledge of commercial conditions (including NEC) and design process
* Estimating experience to required level
* Computerised estimating systems and IT skills as appropriate
