Client Details We're supporting a leading charity organisation in recruiting a People Services Advisor to join their People Services team. Description What You'll Be Doing * Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent processes * Acting as first point of contact for HR advice to managers and staff * Supporting ER cases including investigations, performance and absence * Preparing contracts, offer letters and maintaining accurate HR records * Contributing to L&D, induction, career mapping and engagement initiatives * Producing HR reports and supporting continuous improvement projects * Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and employment legislation * Supporting organisational change and workforce planning activity Profile What We're Looking For * CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) * Solid HR/People Services experience in a generalist role * Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR and HR best practice * Confident communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail * Ability to manage a varied workload and build strong working relationships Job Offer What's on Offer * Salary up to £31,000 * 29 days holiday (rising with service) + bank holidays * Life assurance (2x salary) * N...
