Job Description
We are seeking Directors and Associate Directors with experience in the Project Management Corporate Occupier sector to join our team in Central London. You will lead and deliver Project Management commissions for high-profile clients across private and public sectors, with project values from £20m to £80m. You will ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
As a Director, your responsibilities include:
* Being part of Turner & Townsend’s occupier fit-out team
* Leading Project Management commissions and end-to-end service delivery
* Supporting on major commissions and managing aspects of service delivery
* Establishing success criteria including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
* Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards
* Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems
* Leading project planning and resource procurement
* Facilitating cross-functional project teams
* Monitoring performance and managing project finances
* Overseeing Contract Administration, claims, and disputes
* Managing project communications and reporting
* Interfacing with clients and consultants throughout project stages
* Leading business development and managing a small team
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
* Experience in senior management roles
* Membership in professional bodies such as RICS, APM, CIOB (preferred)
* Experience with leading consultancies
* Proven delivery of CAT A / CAT B office projects
* Leadership experience on schemes over 60,000 sqft
