This role is important in helping schools operate effectively so that colleagues can focus on delivering high‑quality education and support for pupils. The postholder will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, parents, carers, budget holders and Trust finance colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

* Support colleagues and requisitioners with finance queries and order processes.
* Check deliveries and support the distribution of goods to departments.
* Deal with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, returns and refunds.
* Reconcile monthly credit card and prepaid card statements.

The successful candidate will have strong numeracy skills and the ability to work accurately with financial information. You will be organised, reliable and able to manage changing priorities in a busy finance environment. You will be confident using financial systems and Microsoft or Google applications, with experience of maintaining accurate manual and computerised records. Experience of finance administration, accounts payable or working in a finance office would be desirable. You will communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders, work well as part of a team and be committed to developing your own skills.
