The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading and expanding a New Homes operation, working closely with developers, driving new business, and delivering successful development launches. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers
* Winning new instructions and securing new business opportunities
* Developing and executing sales strategies for new build developments
* Advising on pricing, marketing, and release strategies
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of negotiators
* Overseeing marketing campaigns and development launches
* Monitoring market trends and providing insightful reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in estate agency, ideally within new homes or development sales
* Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
* Experience managing and developing a high‑performing team
* Excellent knowledge of the property market
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Highly organised, driven, and target‑focused
Additional Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Prior experience working within New Homes
