Residential Conveyancer | 5+ PQE | Dorset | Full Time | Hybrid Options Available | Up to £70,000 DOEA well recognised law firm in the Dorset and Somerset area, providing legal services locally, nationally and beyond, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Land and Property Lawyer to join its established Land & Property team. The firm offers an inclusive and supportive working environment, with a strong emphasis on professional development, personal growth and long term career progression.The RoleThe firm is looking to recruit an additional full time qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ years’ PQE) to join its Somerset based Land and Property team.You will act as one of the key lawyers within a dedicated property department, managing a varied and high quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post completion. The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work confidently toward time recording and billing targets with minimal supervision.While the role has a residential property focus, a broader understanding of land law matters would be highly advantageous.
