Our placement program offers you the chance to work alongside current trainees and experienced team members, with on-the-job training and access to internal courses to support your development.
As an audit team member, you will conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and building stakeholder trust.
You will:
* Become a key team member from day one, engaging in client work quickly, initially within a team, then taking on individual responsibilities.
* Own tasks that prepare you to supervise future teams.
* Work with diverse clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, pension schemes, and non-profits.

What We Are Looking For:
We value passion, personality, and originality. To be considered, you should have:
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level), with a predicted honours degree.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to analyze and interpret data methodically.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
* An interest in business and commerce, with organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
Please note, RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
