Assist in managing patient care across relevant clinical areas under supervision. Contribute to safe discharge planning or referral decisions with oversight. Apply evidence-based practice under supervision in clinical decision-making. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.
