We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
The Responsibilities Of The Head Waiter Are
* Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
* To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service. To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
* To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
* To assist and supervise Junior Waiters.
* To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
The Experience & Qualifications Required As Head Waiter Are
* Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member’s club advantageous
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
