Property Office Coordinator
Location: Bayswater
Salary: £19,000 per annum basic, plus rental commission after probation period of 3 months.
Hours : Monday – Friday, 9.30am -5.30pm
The Role
This role will require you to support both the sales and lettings teams. They are looking for a confident individual who enjoys working in a friendly, customer-focused environment.
Main responsibilities of a Property Office Coordinator will include:
Managing the reception area
Preparing property details
Updating the website and property databases
General ad-hoc administration duties
Arrange property inventories and utilities
Key management
Help with property presentation/home staging for photos/video
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in the property industry not essential.
The ideal Candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills and a desire to work within a team.
