About The Role Precor’s marketing team is looking for a high-energy and motivated marketer to support each region in EMEA, equal split of time across DACH, Export Distributor Partners and UK, across all areas of marketing. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager, this role will involve supporting the existing EMEA Marketing team in promoting Precor products, people, and solutions across digital platforms and through events, to internal teams and our external B2B customers and partners across the globe. Spanning campaign coordination, content creation, event support and reporting, you’ll play an integral role in a variety of tactics, segments, and cross-functional teams. Equal parts creative and analytical, this role is essential to unlocking the power of digital marketing and supporting in bringing our tradeshows and events to life. The ideal candidate is a promising marketer with strong organisation skills who wants to experience a dynamic B2B marketing role in a fast-paced environment, where flexibility and adaptability are key. Responsibilities Events and digital Under the direction of EMEA Marketing team, support activation of events, including sourcing materials, venues, activities, accommodation options, managing vendors, drafting agendas, sourcing and sending branded items and managing attendee requirements. Ensure the project plan for the largest international tradeshow, FIBO, is maintained under the direction of EMEA Marketing Manager. Posting on our social platforms and supporting our PPC Google campaigns. Support in creation and sending of regular emails to EMEA customer database. Creative Operation Coordination Tracking deadlines and building print/display ads for trade publications. Coordinate PR requests, in collaboration with EMEA Marketers. Review and feedback on all localisation requests – keeping EMEA Marketers up to date. Ensure all marketing planning calendars are up to date, including the Global Calendar, EMEA Events calendar and EMEA Content Calendar. Reporting Compile and keep up to date campaign and monthly activity reports for EMEA marketing activities. Qualifications 3 years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on content creation, integrated marketing, and/or project management in a B2B and/or B2C environment. Business or Marketing degree or equivalent. Experience leading marketing efforts from strategy development to in-market execution. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a highly cross-functional environment and influence key partners and leaders to get work done quickly. Ability to create, adapt, and formalise complex processes in simple ways. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organisation and project management abilities. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key. Some travel is required. Proficiency in German is a strong advantage; willingness to learn is also welcomed. A strong interest in the sport, fitness/wellness industry is desirable. Tools & Systems Experience preferrable: Creative services agile project management tool, for example, JIRA or similar. Marketing automation tools, such as Pardot or similar. Customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce or similar. Monitor and track campaign performance in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Microsoft and Google tools.
