About the Opportunity – Senior Analyst You will be part of a fast-growing, PE-backed business where motivated, high-performing individuals can make a meaningful impact and contribute to the company’s continued growth. As a Senior Analyst, you will apply your therapeutic, clinical, and commercial understanding to support the development and commercialization strategies of our clients’ assets and portfolios. Your work will help project teams generate robust insights that enable leaders at top biopharma companies to “see around the corner” and make confident, well-informed decisions. In this role, you will take ownership of core analytical workstreams, working closely with Consultants, Engagement Managers, Directors, and our global analysis team to deliver high-quality strategic outputs. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous research and analysis, synthesizing findings into clear, compelling narratives, and contributing to the structure and direction of project deliverables. You will bring an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset to your work, contributing to team success. As you progress, you will begin to develop your presence as a trusted analytical contributor and deepen your strategic capabilities with support from experienced Prescient leaders. As many of our clients are based in the US, this role also calls for a solid understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical landscape and key market trends, along with a strong desire to expand this knowledge over time. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Conduct high-quality research and analysis to support the design and execution of projects addressing clients’ strategic questions. Ensure your work contributes to clear, accurate, and insight-driven deliverables. Analytical Workstreams: Take ownership of defined workstreams, including literature reviews, secondary data analysis, qualitative synthesis, and development of clear storylines under the guidance of senior team members. Client Support: Participate in selected client meetings, helping prepare materials, capture key discussion points, and support Consultants and Engagement Managers in delivering a best-in-class client experience. Project Coordination: Support day-to-day project activities by organising data, tracking progress against timelines, preparing slides, and ensuring outputs are aligned with project objectives and quality standards. Subject Matter Development: Build and apply growing expertise in therapeutic, clinical, and commercial areas relevant to engagements. Share emerging insights with the team and actively develop your understanding of scientific and market dynamics. Conference Insights: Where relevant, support conference coverage by gathering data, summarising key presentations, and contributing to post-conference deliverables. Team Contribution: Help maintain strong team operations by collaborating effectively, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of Analysts through structured guidance on research and analytical tasks. Essential Skills and Experience Professional analytical experience within biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy, competitive landscapes, or a related environment within the healthcare or life sciences sector is required. CI experience is preferred. Strong results orientation, demonstrated by: Consistently producing accurate, high-quality research and analysis that supports project outcomes. Working effectively with project teams through clear communication and reliable delivery. Solid foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, with an eagerness to continue building expertise. Clinical development expertise is preferred. Clear and confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and the ability to present structured, well-reasoned insights. Strong learning agility and adaptability to new topics, project needs, and changing priorities. Ability to distil complex scientific or commercial information into simple, understandable outputs. Ability to give and receive feedback to support continuous learning and development. BA/BS required; an advanced degree in a life science discipline is advantageous but not required.
