We are looking for Senior Digital Project Managers to join DWP in our Working Age Services and Network Infrastructure Services. You'll lead our team as we deliver user-focused solutions and key welfare reforms for claimants, landlords, and DWP agents. You're an experienced project manager with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from start to finish. Experience working with both internal and external suppliers. You ensure effective project control, change management, risk management, and testing processes, responding appropriately to data insights. Experience managing complex external dependencies requiring significant planning and prioritization to maintain pace and quality. You communicate clearly, honestly, and enthusiastically to build trust, explaining complex issues simply and influencing senior decision-making. Experience in identifying development opportunities for yourself and your team to enhance delivery. Your role as a Senior Digital Project Manager You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital change projects within DWP. You will oversee project controls, managing plans, risks, issues, and dependencies to resolution. Manage governance and reporting to Digital Directors, resolving complex issues, and influencing decisions at the board level. Work with internal teams and external suppliers, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful delivery.
