Intensive Housing Management Worker
Location: St Bedes House, Gateshead
Salary: £29,005 per annum (from April 2026)
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Sunday
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual to join our team delivering intensive housing management to single homeless and couples based at St Bedes House in Gateshead. This hands‑on housing management role focuses on tenancy sustainment, risk management, ensuring occupancy agreements are understood and upheld. You will work closely with clients from the point of move‑in to move‑on to permanent accommodation, monitor and manage tenancy risk, carry out regular property checks and liaise with partner agencies to ensure successful sustainment of tenancy.

Experience & Qualifications
* Good standard of general education, preferably with relevant professional qualification.
* Demonstrable experience of working in a housing‑related support service.
* Experience of delivering intensive housing management.
* Demonstrable experience of safeguarding practice.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
