We are seeking a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Cambourne Campus, supporting children with SEND within our Squirrels provision. Previous experience in a school setting supporting diverse needs is highly desirable.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Would enjoy working with supportive and dedicated teams of teachers and assistants.
* Are committed to ensuring children are fully included in our child-centred, cross-curricular curriculum.
* Have a good understanding of Autism and SEMH, along with strategies to support children in these areas.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support for children: Adapt lessons, deliver activities, establish supportive relationships, support children with care needs and language barriers, promote inclusion.
2. Support for the curriculum: Assist with literacy and numeracy, suggest ICT enrichment, support learning and attainment.
3. Support for the teacher: Maintain records, monitor progress, contribute to planning, organize resources, support behaviour management.
4. Support for the school: Build relationships with staff and parents, contribute to a safe environment, participate in meetings and events, support professional development.
